Join Rick Goffic in this beginner’s Tai Chi class starting at the beginning of the 108 moves; a great time to try out this wonderful, health-restoring yet gentle exercise.  Rick also teaches seated sessions for health recovery on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.  at at 1:00 p.m.
